It's been a  while since I've posted. So much has gone on this last month its too much to cram in. I'm back in training, My best friend has signed a UFC contract and I'm doing his pads for him. It feels great to be a part of something so big. We are also flying out to Thailand on the 19th of August to train at Tiger for 2 and a half weeks. Going to Thailand in it self is an experience but to go there and train at one of the worlds top Thai boxing camps is just unreal!
