Here is my new scope. Its an Orion Optics 250mm “10 inch” 1/6th optics Newtonian. With OO Dob Base, and rings to mount it on a equatorial mount. its F.4.8 and 1200mm Focal length. Really nice scope this, Cant wait for first light.

Well she arrived from Germany last night. Took some putting together, Gave her a quick blast and had some stunning views.

12 inch Skywatcher Dobson, 10mm, 25mm super plos, and 2x Barlow eyepieces.

My new gear arrived today, minus my beader solar filter which should arrive soon. Its a Skymax goto 127 mak, Flexi dew shield, Skywatcher power tank, 10mm, 20mm and 2x barlow, green filter for moon and a SPC900NC mono chipped webcam. And a Beader solar filter.

My current equipment is basic and comprises of a 8 inch Helios F7 dobson, a dell laptop and Vx-1000 Camera.

Looking up at the night sky, Saturn if I remember right.

I’m soon hopeing to upgrade to a Skywatcher Skymak 127 maskutov on a Alt/Z mount for Lunar/solar/planetary photography, Hopefully I will be able to get my hands on a modded toucam.
